Quantity / Material Takeoff
Although estimating is our main focus, we also produce material and quantity take-offs for builders and developers who just need the figures — not a full estimate.
Even where the exact specification isn’t available, we can still measure and quantify areas, lengths and volumes from any set of plans quickly and accurately.
Plan Drawings
Additional Services
Although our main focus is estimating, we also offer a plan-drawing service for planning and building control.
Ideal for builders whose clients are still at the idea stage — we can produce the drawings so you can keep things moving without waiting on an architect.
